We do not require an account or password to use this site, and we don't ask for payment information through the website itself.

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule an estimate or service visit, and follow up about the work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services We Use
A few outside services help us run this website and our business, and each handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects our contact form from spam and automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser or device to verify you're not a bot.
- HouseCall Pro — our field service and scheduling platform. Information submitted through our website contact form is not automatically synced to HouseCall Pro — our staff reviews inquiries and manually enters them into HouseCall Pro if we move forward with scheduling an estimate or service visit. Our customer reviews widget on this site is also served through HouseCall Pro.
- Google — our Google Business Profile and review link are provided by Google and governed by Google's own privacy policy.
- Facebook — our Facebook page link is provided by Meta and governed by Facebook's own privacy policy.
- Better Business Bureau (BBB) — the BBB seal displayed on this site links to our BBB business profile, hosted and governed by BBB's own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (which pages are viewed, general location such as city, device and browser type, and how visitors arrived at the site). This data is aggregated and does not include the information you submit through our contact form. It's governed by Google's privacy policy.

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and spam protection (such as those set by Cloudflare Turnstile), and for Google Analytics, which helps us understand site traffic and how visitors use the site.
